Iron-core linear motor
Alpha's core-type linear motors feature various designs including flat, central rail, and central coil configurations. The mover incorporates a laminated silicon steel core with coils embedded in the core teeth. These motors deliver high thrust density, offering powerful force output within compact volumes, exceptional load capacity, consistent performance, and robust structural integrity. Designed for easy integration into modules, they enable high-speed linear positioning and are ideal for industrial applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, 3C equipment, surface-mount technology, material handling, and heavy-duty precision positioning.

Coreless linear motor
Coreless linear motors feature I-beam, T-shaped, and carbon fiber designs. The mover uses a hollow-coil structure to eliminate cogging torque, delivering smooth, consistent thrust. With low mass and minimal inertia, it excels in high-speed start-stop operations and dynamic response. Offering high positioning accuracy and stable performance, it is ideal for lightweight, high-precision platforms used in high-speed scanning and precision inspection. Widely applied in 3C electronics, semiconductors, and other advanced equipment sectors.

Coreless Linear Motor
Coreless magnetic linear motor with a cylindrical rod design. The mover features a hollow-winding structure, while the stator is equipped with cylindrical permanent magnet rods. Free from cogging torque, this motor delivers smooth thrust output. With a lightweight mover and low inertia, it offers highly responsive dynamics. Its compact radial footprint enables seamless integration into equipment interiors, supporting high-precision, high-speed reciprocating motion. Ideal for space-constrained precision applications such as inspection systems, micro Z-axis modules, optical alignment, and semiconductor equipment.

Voice Coil Motor
Voice coil motors feature two designs: flat and cylindrical. Both are single-phase, direct-drive, coreless actuators with no cogging torque, offering excellent linear force-current characteristics for high-frequency reciprocating motion and high acceleration. The cylindrical design delivers high magnetic efficiency and a compact form factor, ideal for short-stroke, high-frequency micro-positioning. The flat design is ultra-thin and low-profile, enabling multi-axis integration. Both types provide high positioning accuracy, non-contact operation, and long service life, making them suitable for high-end applications such as optical focusing, semiconductor inspection, precision force control, and micro Z-axes.

Flex Coil Motor
The flexure voice coil motor uses a flexible spring guide structure to achieve direct-drive motion via electromagnetic effects. Its coreless design eliminates cogging torque, ensuring an excellent linear relationship between thrust and current. The lightweight mover operates without friction or backlash, enabling high-frequency reciprocating micro-displacements with smooth, reliable performance and long service life. With a highly integrated and compact structure, it is easy to debug and ideal for high-frequency, short-stroke applications. Widely used in flexible vibratory bowls and feeding systems.

Rotary Torque Motor
Rotary torque direct-drive motors include frameless and framed DD direct-drive variants. The frameless model features a split stator and rotor assembly without housing or bearings, enabling seamless integration into equipment. The framed model comes as a complete unit with integrated housing, bearings, and encoder for easy installation and commissioning. These products deliver high torque density, low cogging torque, and high responsiveness with precise positioning, making them ideal for precision rotational applications such as semiconductor machinery, robotic joints, and precision rotary tables.
